The MPG Advisory Committee held three consultant interviews.
1. 6:15 p.m. – LAPLATTE LAND PLANNING, LLC, Dana H. Farley and George T. Faris.
2. 6:45 p.m. – Burnt Rock Inc., Brian Shupe and Sharon Murray.
3. 7:15 p.m. – LandWorks, Natalie Sheen on behalf of David Raphael.
Rodney Pingree made a motion to accept the minutes of January 8, 2003. Chris Haggerty seconded the motion. All were in favor.
The Commission reviewed the proposed Municipal Plan from the Town of Waterbury.
The Commission reviewed a notice from the VT Environmental Board re McEwing Services prehearing conference report and order.
Linda Baker noted a workshop available on subdivision, PRD and PUD review offered by CCRPC.
The Commission reviewed VLCT announcement of the publication The Land Use – Property Tax Connection.
The Commission reviewed CCRPC’s Review and Consultation of Municipal Planning Efforts in Accordance With 23 VSA 4350 (Town Plan). Amy will file a copy in the Town Plan file
The next scheduled meeting of the MPG Advisory Committee will be on Wednesday, April 2, 2003, 6 p.m. at Smilie School. This meeting time is subject to change dependent on Burnt Rock’s availability on that date.
The meeting adjourned at 8:20 p.m.
