Bolton Land Records

With the expiration of the State of Emergency at midnight on June 15, 2021 (declared in 2020 in response to COVID-19), the Bolton Town Office is now open to the public and we are no longer requiring appointments for Land Record Research.  However we are still recommending appointments as our vault space is limited, and folks with appointments will be given preference for access. See the contact information below to schedule an appointment. 

Please note: Masks are required for entry into the Town Office for any person WHO IS NOT FULLY VACCINATED.

We can process document requests via phone, fax, and email during regular business hours, which are Monday – Thursday, 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. Please email/call to request a document (by providing the Book and Page number), a listers card, tax bill and tax status.
